Sales/Admin Virtual Assistant - AI Recruitment Agency
Position Overview
We're seeking a skilled Sales/Admin Virtual Assistant to support our rapidly growing AI-powered recruitment agency.
You'll be the bridge between our automated lead generation systems and client relationships, handling qualification calls, basic sales, and administrative oversight of our AI workflows.
Position Type: Full-time Remote (40 hours/week)
Schedule: US Business Hours 9am to 5pm EST
Compensation: $800/month + performance bonuses

Primary Responsibilities
Sales Functions (60% of time)
- Qualification Calls: Take initial discovery calls with prospects interested in our AI recruitment services
- Deal Closing: Close deals up to $3,000/month independently (higher deals escalated to CEO)
- Pipeline Management: Update CRM with call outcomes, next steps, and prospect status
- Follow-up Sequences: Manage human touchpoints in our sales process
- Proposal Preparation: Create and send contracts/proposals using our templates
Admin & System Oversight (40% of time)
- AI System Monitoring: Review daily outputs from our automated lead generation systems
- Quality Control: Spot-check AI-generated
- Calendar Management: Schedule calls, manage CEO calendar, coordinate meetings
- Client Communication: Handle routine client questions and weekly check-ins
- Reporting: Compile weekly performance reports (leads generated, calls booked, deals closed)
Required Qualifications
Core Skills
- English Proficiency: Native or near-native written and spoken English
- Sales Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales, preferably technology or services
- CRM Experience: Proficient with ClickUp,
- Communication: Professional phone presence for client/prospect calls
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable learning new software platforms quickly

- Previous experience with recruitment or staffing industry

Sales Performance
- Call Volume: 15-20 qualification calls per week
- Conversion Rate: 25%+ from qualification call to proposal sent

- Response Time: Under 1 hours for all prospect/client communications
