We're looking for someone dedicated and driven to take ownership of booking speaking engagements at conferences, schools, universities, corporate events, and sports teams.

Role Overview:
As our Speaking Engagement Outreach & Booking Coordinator, your mission will be to seek out and help secure speaking opportunities that align with Dudley’s vision to empower lives through mindset, leadership, and resilience. Your role is a hybrid of research, outreach, booking coordination, and CRM/email communication.

???? Key Responsibilities:

Daily online research to find conferences, leadership events, and relevant opportunities across education and athletics and corporate conferences.

LinkedIn prospecting to identify potential speaking leads and event coordinators

Targeted searches for school assemblies, university leadership programs, and athletic teams (middle school, high school, collegiate), and corporate events.

Manage and track all leads in CRM systems (e.g., Go HighLevel, HubSpot, etc.)

Send outreach emails daily using curated templates and manage replies and follow-ups

Communicate professionally with inbound inquiries and assist with booking calls

Collaborate with the internal team to update calendars, proposals, and lead funnels

???? Required Skills:

Strong research skills and ability to work independently

Experience with CRM systems (Go HighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)

Excellent written communication for email outreach

Ability to manage follow-up sequences and stay organized

Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-driven

Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision

? Preferred But Not Required:

Background in marketing, booking, or events

Familiarity with speaking circuits or the coaching/motivation industry

Understanding of lead-generation tools like Apollo, Hunter, or Skrapp

? Position Details:

Part-Time, Remote

Flexible schedule (10–20 hours/week to start)

Pay based on experience and results (base + bonus options available)
