About Us:
We are a growing company seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Virtual Assistant with strong expertise in GoHighLevel (GHL). Our ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys solving problems, and can navigate GHL with confidence to help us streamline our marketing, CRM, and automation processes.

Position Overview:
The Virtual Assistant – GHL Expert will be responsible for managing, implementing, and optimizing workflows, campaigns, and automations in GoHighLevel. This role requires someone who is highly organized, technically savvy, and capable of handling multiple projects efficiently. The candidate should have hands-on experience with GHL’s CRM, automation, email marketing, funnels, forms, and reporting features.

Key Responsibilities:

GHL Implementation & Management:
• Create and manage pipelines, triggers, and automations to streamline business operations.
• Build and maintain forms, surveys, and webhooks to capture leads effectively.
• Set up and manage email and SMS campaigns within GHL.
• Develop and optimize sales and marketing funnels, including landing pages and membership areas.
• Implement workflows for lead nurturing, follow-ups, and appointment reminders.


Reporting & Optimization:
• Monitor campaign performance and generate reports using GHL dashboards.
• Analyze funnel conversion rates and recommend improvements.
• Troubleshoot system issues and identify opportunities for process improvements.

Additional Support:
• Provide training or guidance to tea ---------- mbers on GHL processes.
• Stay up-to-date with GHL updates, features, and best practices.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience working with GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation, and sales funnels.
• Experience creating and managing forms, landing pages, workflows, and email/SMS campaigns.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
• Familiarity with integrating GHL with third-party tools (Zapier, Google Workspace, payment gateways, etc.) is a plus.

Sample Tasks You Should Be Comfortable Doing:
• Building a multi-step email and SMS nurturing sequence for new leads.
• Creating a GHL form that captures lead data and triggers automated workflows.
• Designing and publishing a high-converting landing page in GHL.
• Setting up a pipeline with automated notifications for sales tea ---------- mbers.
• Generating a weekly dashboard report showing funnel performance and KPIs.
