*What You'll Do*

As a Solar Solutions Specialist, you are our first impression. Your primary role will be to connect with potential clients, educate them on the benefits of solar power, and book appointments for our expert sales team. You'll be provided with qualified leads and all the resources you need to succeed.

Your daily tasks will include:

*Making outbound calls to provided leads.
*Skillfully presenting the value of renewable energy solutions.
*Handling questions and objections while building rapport with prospects.
*Scheduling and confirming discovery calls for our sales consultants.
*Accurately logging all activity in our CRM system.
*Meeting and exceeding daily and weekly performance goals.

*Who You Are*

You are a proactive, self-motivated individual with a drive to make a difference. You thrive in a remote work environment and are an exceptional communicator.

Your qualifications include:

*1+ years of experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or appointment setting.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
*A confident and persuasive telephone presence.
*Strong listening skills and the ability to connect with people.
*Highly organized and detail-oriented.
*Familiarity with the solar or green energy industry is a major plus.

*Compensation & Benefits*

*Competitive Base Pay:
A base salary of $500 per month, paid bi-weekly.
*Performance Bonuses:
*Per-Appointment Bonus: Earn $25 for every qualified appointment you set.
*Weekly Bonus:
* 3 Demos: $25
* 5 Demos: $50
* 7 Demos: $100
*Monthly Bonus:
* 8 Demos: $100
* 11 Demos: $200
* 14 Demos: $300
* 17 Demos: $400
* 20+ Demos: $750
