Looking for a rockstar VA to help with cold calling / skip tracing / pulling data / follow up with leads

Must have:
Experience in real estate/wholesaling
Fluent English (Spanish is a bonus)
Strong work ethic and reliable internet

Tasks will include:
Cold calling leads
Skip tracing leads
Pulling lists of data (tax delinquencies, water shut off, etc.)
CRM management/follow up/set tasks
