Founded in 2021, we're dedicated to showing young people that being Catholic is vibrant and engaging. We maintain strict adherence to Catholic teaching while creating compelling content that resonates with modern audiences. We're currently expanding through partnerships with EWTN for exclusive long-form content.
Position Overview: We're seeking a creative Script Writer & Content Strategist who understands the art of YouTube and TikTok retention and can craft compelling narratives that keep young people engaged from first frame to final call-to-action. We hope to add you as a real member of the team who can have serious input the future content ideas that we create.

Core Responsibilities:

What You'll Do:
Research Catholic and Biblical archeological topics
Write engaging scripts for YouTube videos that keep viewers watching
Create fresh video ideas and content concepts
Write short-form scripts for TikTok and Instagram
Ensure all content follows Catholic teaching

What We Need:
Fluent English and understanding of American culture
Experience writing for YouTube with good retention rates
Understanding of what makes videos engaging and shareable
Knowledge of Catholic faith and teaching
Ability to connect with young adult audiences
Creative ideas for trending topics through a Catholic lens

Bonus Skills:
Background in theology or ministry
Social media content experience
Understanding of YouTube analytics
