Experienced Executive Assistant of Digital Agency Owners

We’re a Perth-based digital agency specialising in websites, SEO and Google Ads. We’re seeking an Executive Assistant with proven experience supporting business owners of established companies — ideally those with teams of 5+ staff or generating $1M+ annual revenue.

What we need:

- 5-15 years EA experience with established businesses (not start-ups or solo operators)

- Excellent English communication (written & spoken)

- Highly organised, detail-focused, and proactive

- Confident with modern productivity tools (SharePoint, ClickUp, spreadsheets, etc.)

- Able to anticipate needs, streamline processes, and support growth
