About the Role
We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our growing marketing team. This is a content-driven role with a strong creative focus, working across a variety of video formats to support our marketing and brand-building efforts.
You will be responsible for editing high-quality, polished video content for different channels and objectives — from full-length educational webinars to short, engaging clips for social media.
Key Responsibilities
• Edit full-length video content such as podcasts and webinars, ensuring a clean, professional finish
• Create short-form social media cuts from longer videos (e.g. reels, stories, square formats)
• Edit promotional videos for our websites, social platforms, and paid campaigns
• Prepare content for multiple formats and placements, including LinkedIn, Instagram,
• Add subtitles, graphics, b-roll, and brand elements where appropriate
• Ensure all output aligns with brand guidelines and tone
• Organise and manage video assets and editing projects for easy re-use and repurposing
• Collaborate with our wider marketing team on creative direction and storytelling
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Proven experience editing video for social media and marketing (portfolio required)
• Skilled with professional editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Strong understanding of aspect ratios, framing, pacing, and transitions for different platforms
• Can edit with sound-on and sound-off viewing in mind (captioned content, visual cues, etc.)
• Able to follow brand style guides and maintain a consistent visual tone
• A good sense of timing and rhythm, particularly in shorter, high-engagement clips
• Comfortable editing content aimed at a professional audience in financial services or consulting (not fast-paced ecommerce or lifestyle edits)
• Bonus if you have experience creating motion graphics or animations

• Full podcast episodes (typically hosted on YouTube or embedded on our site)
• Podcast micro-content for social (e.g. 30–60 sec cut-downs)
• Webinars, both live recordings and edited highlight reels
• Professional brand videos for our website
• Organic social posts (e.g. thought leadership, educational clips)
• Video content for paid ads (non-salesy, high-trust style)
