JOB OVERVIEW

About Us
LandMark Capital is a U.S.-based SaaS + licensing company scaling fast. We generate hundreds of inbound leads daily from ads and need a sharp, motivated bilingual SDR (English + Spanish) to qualify leads, set appointments, and keep our closers focused on selling.

Role Overview
As our SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for new leads. You will call, text, and email prospects within minutes, qualify their interest, and book them into sales calls with our closing team. You’ll work U.S. hours (CST/EST) and cover weekends (with flexible mid-week rest days).

Key Responsibilities
• Call, text, and email inbound leads within 5 minutes of receipt.
• Qualify leads based on interest, budget, and readiness to purchase.
• Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish.
• Book qualified leads directly into Calendly for our closers.
• Maintain accurate notes in CRM (HubSpot/GoHighLevel or similar).
• Follow scripts + objection-handling playbook (training provided).
• Report daily KPIs (calls made, contacts reached, appointments booked).

Requirements
• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken + written).
• Prior SDR, telemarketing, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable with phone, SMS, and email outreach.
• Strong organizational skills with reliable internet + backup.
• Must be willing to work weekends (flexible mid-week rest days).
• Self-motivated and target-driven.

Compensation & Benefits
• Starting at $4–$5/hour ($650–$850/month full-time).
• Performance bonuses for hitting lead/appointment targets.
• 13th month pay + performance-based raises.
• Long-term, stable role with growth opportunities.

Schedule
• U.S. business hours (CST/EST).
• 40 hrs/week, including weekends (with alternate days off mid-week).
