JOB OVERVIEW

Turn hand-raises and warm leads into show-ready appointments for our acquisitions team. Move fast on warm leads, qualify against our buy-box, and keep spotless CRM notes so closers can make great offers.

Tools: Smrtphone (single-line), ReadyMode (power dial), REI Sift (CRM), Smarter Contact (as applicable), Google Calendar/Zoom

What you’ll do
Respond to inbound/warm leads with fast speed-to-lead; qualify motivation, condition, timeline, and price.


Book appointments for closers; send confirmations, reminders, and reconfirms to reduce no-shows.


Log every call, outcome, and note in REI Sift with correct tags, stages, and tasks; keep pipeline statuses accurate.


Run Not Interested & Rehash for stalled leads; schedule Deep Prospecting blocks on highest-score cohorts.


Coordinate with Cold Callers and Acquisitions to tighten handoffs and improve show/close rates.


Trigger compliant SMS/email follow-ups; quickly reschedule missed/no-show appointments.


Surface stuck deals daily; propose next actions and remove blockers.


Provide daily/weekly visibility on set ? show ? offer ? contract metrics; share objection themes.





What success looks like (first 90 days)
Consistent speed-to-lead and a full, well-organized calendar for closers.


High show rate through clear confirmations and reminders; fewer no-shows.


Clean, audit-ready CRM: accurate statuses, notes, tasks, and next steps.


Tight feedback loop on which lists/sources produce the best appointments.

What you’ll bring
2–4+ years in inside sales/lead management (REI acquisitions or high-velocity SMB a plus).


Strong discovery, qualification, and calendar management.


Clear, professional U.S.-facing English; empathetic and direct communicator.



Compensation & logistics
Employment: Full-time, Remote


Pay: $1,200- $1,500 USD/month base + $500 USD per closed deal


Schedule: U.S. business hours (9am–6pm EST), with limited evening/weekend reconfirms as needed


Equipment: Reliable computer, quality headset, quiet space, ?100 Mbps internet
