Role Overview
You will own the full cycle: identify and close companies that buy leads, scope their ICP and lead criteria, then build and run campaigns (primarily social media + outbound) to generate and deliver those leads. You’re both a seller and a doer—comfortable prospecting, closing, and executing campaigns end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities
Prospect & Close
Identify companies that purchase leads (e.g., financial services, home services, legal, SaaS) and build target lists.
Run outbound (cold email, LinkedIn, calls) to book demos and close lead package deals.
Qualify buyers: volume needed, geography, budget, compliance requirements, lead definition and acceptance criteria.
Negotiate pricing, set SLAs (lead volume, quality thresholds, replacement policy), and secure agreements.

Campaign Build & Fulfilment
Create and manage social media lead-gen campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok as relevant) including copy, creatives, targeting, and budgets.
Launch outbound campaigns (email/LinkedIn) to generate leads that match client ICP.
Implement verification and QA (email/phone verification, form validation) to ensure lead quality before delivery.
Deliver leads via agreed method (CSV, Google Sheets, webhook/CRM integration) and manage replacements per SLA.

Account Management & Reporting
Onboard new clients with a clear ICP/offer brief and measurement plan.
Track KPIs: cost per lead, acceptance rate, conversion to appointment/sale (when shared).
Provide weekly reporting and insights; iterate offers, creatives, and audiences to improve ROI.
Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate pipeline/Fulfilment status.

Must-Have Qualifications
2+ years in outbound sales or SDR/AE roles with a track record of closing SMB/mid-market deals.
Hands-on experience running paid social lead-gen (at least Meta or LinkedIn) AND outbound tools (e.g., Instantly/Lemlist + LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
Strong copywriting for cold outreach and ad creatives; comfortable A/B testing angles and offers.
Practical understanding of lead quality controls (verification, deduping, validation) and GDPR/PECR compliance.
CRM proficiency (HubSpot/Pipedrive/Salesforce) and spreadsheets for tracking and delivery.

Nice-to-Have
Vertical experience selling/delivering leads (e.g., financial services, home improvement, legal, education).
Familiarity with landing pages and forms (Webflow/WordPress, Typeform/HubSpot forms) and analytics (GA4, UTMs).
Automation chops (Zapier/Make, webhooks) and enrichment/verification tools (Clay, Clearbit, NeverBounce).
Appointment setting workflows and calendar integration for clients.

KPIs and Targets
Meetings booked per week with qualified lead buyers
New buyer deals closed per month and average order value
Cost per lead and lead acceptance rate per campaign
On-time Fulfilment against SLA (volume and quality)
Client retention and expansion (reorders within 60–90 days).
