Logistics & Coordination: Book travel, venues, and accommodations for consulting and keynote activities, ensuring all details are managed end to end.

Personal Life Management: Handle personal scheduling, household logistics, family travel, and errands that allow the CEO to focus on strategic priorities.

Inbox & Communication Management: Respond to and draft emails on behalf of the CEO with impeccable grammar, tone, and cultural competence.

Problem Solving: Take initiative, anticipate issues before they arise, and adapt quickly when plans change.

Proven experience supporting a senior executive, ideally in a fast-paced, global environment.

Exceptional communication skills (written and spoken), with perfect spelling and grammar.

Highly proactive, resourceful, and dependable, with a bias for action.

Comfortable managing competing priorities, shifting deadlines, and international time zones.

Tech-savvy and confident using productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Brevo CRM, Notion, Zapier).

Professional presence and cultural competence when engaging with global executives.

Strong judgment, confidentiality, and ability to represent the CEO and company brand at all times.

Why Join mBolden

Work directly with a global leader in transformation and keynote speaking.

Be at the centre of an ambitious business with an international footprint.
