Cold Sales Agent

MAS Concierge is part of Masna Group, delivering world-class luxury experiences across the UAE and international markets. From premium transportation, hotels and villas to yachts, events, and curated lifestyle services, we provide seamless, high-end concierge solutions for our clients.

We are looking for an English-speaking Sales Agent with proven experience in outreach, cold messaging, and lead conversion. The Sales Agent will be responsible for handling inbound leads from social media, generating new opportunities, and closing deals. This role requires someone proactive, personable, and confident in managing high-value clients in the luxury services sector.

Responsibilities
* Respond to and manage inbound leads from social media platforms.
* Build strong client relationships by understanding needs and recommending tailored concierge services.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and deals in the CRM system.
* Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth handover of booked services.
* Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements
* Fluent in English - spoken and written
* 2+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or client relations (concierge, hospitality, or luxury services preferred).
* Strong skills in cold messaging, prospecting, and handling social media leads.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
