JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a ---------- Product Status & Performance Manager to ensure all our products with stock are online, correctly listed, and performing well. You will monitor product statuses inside the ---------- partner platform, document recurring problems, and report them clearly to our team.

What We Offer:
• $5.00 – $9.00 per hour (depending on experience)
• 40 hours per week (long-term)
• 13th month + performance bonus

Your Responsibilities:
• Weekly check in the ---------- Partner Platform: products with stock but offline
• Document offline reasons in a Product Status Sheet (EAN, title, status, action plan)
• Communicate with ---------- support and internal teams to fix issues quickly
• Review ---------- listings for missing info, incorrect branding, or self-promotion
• Collect recurring problems (from reviews, returns, customer service) and create Feedback Reports for the team

What We Expect:
• Reliable PC & strong internet connection
• At least 2 years of experience in ---------- /Amazon account management
• Strong attention to detail and structured way of working
• Proficiency with Google Sheets/Docs
• Good English communication skills
