Owner's Assistant - Multi-task

TikTok Shop experience preferred, but not necessary. You may learn as you go. This position is very demanding and requires critical thinking and evaluation. The role will not be micro-managed. Tasks will be given with very little instructions, and it is up to the assistant to learn on the job, expanding your skills, and resolve any issues promptly. Communication is key. There are no set hours, but your availability must be consistent. It is recommended that your working hours at least overlap with my hours (Eastern Time, United States), mornings so that you can ask any questions that you may need to understand the tasks before it is performed. My mornings is also when tasks will be given. It is expected that questions will arise, which they need to be address immediately in order to produce quality work. You will manage your own time and report your own time. Tasks are to be completed in a reasonable amount of time, showing that you understand time management should be budgeted reasonably.

This work is as needed or as tasks are given. There are no set hours per day. The business is just starting and there is much to do right now for the next couple of months.

If selected, you will be given an evaluation period of 1 week, where tasks will be given to you. You will be paid for all the time that you worked, through WISE money transfer. During this evaluation period, I will evaluate your ways of communication, your understanding of instructions and task requirements, final task deliverable, and promptness in completing the tasks. I will then select one VA to continue to work with.
