Overview
We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Specialist to lead the outreach and growth efforts for our community-based programs. Our work blends youth sports, academic tutorials, social-emotional learning, and holistic development into opportunities that build confidence, teamwork, and personal growth for students.
This role will be responsible for developing and executing a marketing plan that connects families, schools, and the community to our offerings. The Marketing Specialist will balance paid digital advertising with organic/grassroots marketing efforts to drive enrollment and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Create and implement a marketing plan covering youth sports, academic tutorials, social-emotional learning, and holistic development programs.
Manage and run paid ads
Execute organic/grassroots marketing strategies such as posting in local community groups, free listing sites, and partnerships with local organizations.
Oversee social media presence across platforms (content creation, posting, engagement, and tracking performance).
Develop and distribute promotional materials (digital flyers, one-pagers, branded items).
Track and report marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategy for best results.
Support school and community outreach initiatives (coordinating with staff on giveaways, partnerships, and events).
Ideal Candidate
Experience running and analyzing
Skilled in organic marketing and social media management.
Creative, resourceful, and able to balance structured goals with independent ideas.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Passion for community-based programs that support student growth and family engagement.
