Virtual Assistant/Customer Service/Sales

I own a successful development business in London, UK.
I am looking for someone to handle customer service. This involves, emailing/skyping clients who have any questions and liaising with developers.

Flexible Hours
Understanding of web development/languages (desirable)

To begin with you will be able to do this around other work, eventually leading to full time as you prove yourself and can handle more clients/projects.
