Digital Product Execution & Marketing Support VA

Dear VA,

I’m looking for a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant who can support and outsource parts of my digital product projects to the right specialists. The main goal is to ensure smooth execution, uploading to digital platforms, and effective marketing for maximum results.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with designers, writers, and tech specialists to complete deliverables.

Upload finished products (PDFs, bundles, ZIPs, Canva templates, etc.) onto platforms like Whop, Gumroad, Etsy, Stan Store, AppSumo.

Manage product listings: titles, descriptions, pricing, images, and keywords.

Liaise with freelancers when extra skills are needed (design, video editing, etc.) and manage timelines.

Oversee basic marketing tasks (social media posts, email updates, or scheduling TikToks).

Track progress to ensure products are delivered and launched without delay.


Ideal Candidate:

Experience managing digital product launches.

Confident in outsourcing tasks (knows where to find the right freelancer fast).

Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Familiar with digital product marketplaces and marketing basics.

Able to work independently with clear execution focus.
