VA Appointment Setter

Our mission is to help busy Asian men lose stubborn belly fat and get lean without giving up cultural foods. We’ve built a thriving community and now need a world-class communicator to handle inbound/outbound DMs, qualify leads, and book as many sales calls as possible.


Pay:
- 40–50 hours per week
- Base Salary: $650 USD/month
- Commission: 3% revenue from every client you book that closes
- Total Earning Potential: $1,000–$1,500+ per month (top performers earn more)


About the Role:
- Starting conversations in the DMs with new followers, engagers, and leads (using proven scripts + frameworks we provide).
- Qualifying leads by asking natural, smart questions.
- Booking qualified prospects directly into sales calls with our closer/coach.
- Following up with warm leads daily until they book.
- Updating our CRM + tracking conversations for full accountability.
- Matching our tone/voice so every conversation feels personal and authentic.
- This is a performance-driven role. The more qualified calls you book, the more you earn.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Fluent English Skills: Excellent written + verbal communication. Must be able to type and respond FAST in perfect English.
- Prior Experience: 1–3+ years as an Instagram/FB DM appointment setter (fitness coaching industry preferred).
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success booking qualified calls that actually show.
- Modern Equipment: Reliable laptop + stable, high-speed internet.
- Social Media Savvy: Familiar with Instagram and Facebook ---------- platforms.
- Adaptability: Able to quickly pick up and follow a specific communication style.
- Discipline: Comfortable sending 80–100+ high-quality DMs per day.
- Flexibility: Willing to work mornings, evenings, and weekends if needed.
- Positive, coachable, and hungry to grow with a fast-moving team.
