We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Virtual Assistant to grow with us. This is not a routine admin role — you will work directly with clients, review architectural drawings, and help implement their recommendations. This position offers the opportunity to expand your technical knowledge, sharpen communication skills, and take on greater responsibilities as our company grows.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Communicate directly with clients to understand their needs and implement their requested changes or recommendations.
Drawing Review: Accurately read and interpret architectural drawings in both imperial and metric systems.
Technical Support: Provide input on window, door, and curtain wall designs. Assist in preparing proposals, shop drawings, and technical documents.
CAD Knowledge: Apply basic CAD skills to review, mark up, or understand design files.
Communication: Make and answer phone calls on behalf of the company with a professional, client-facing tone.
Administration: Organize project files, update CRM records, track proposals/quotes, and support overall project management.
Qualifications & Requirements
Must have experience in reading architectural and construction drawings.
Solid understanding of both imperial and metric measurement systems.
Basic CAD knowledge (AutoCAD or similar).
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) — confident in client-facing calls.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Previous VA or project coordination experience in construction/architecture is a strong advantage.
Work Schedule & Compensation
Hours: Must overlap with Canadian EST business hours.
Compensation: Competitive salary, based on experience.
