Ad Editor & Scraper (Part-Time ? Full-Time Potential)

You’ll be responsible for sourcing, cleaning, and organizing competitor ads across multiple platforms. Your work ensures we have a steady pipeline of ad creatives ready to launch—organized, edited, and free of errors or duplicates.

What You’ll Do

Scrape competitor ads:

- Platforms: Kalodata, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook Ad Library
- Use keywords to find ads related to our products
- Keep a clean log of what’s already scraped and used (no duplicates)

Edit and sanitize ads:

- Remove mentions like “TikTok Shop”
- Fix wrong offers that don’t match ours
- Replace off-brand visual CTAs with ours
- Remove watermarks and off-brand elements
- Basic video editing (trim, captions, light retouching)

Stay organized:

- Maintain a clear record of all ads scraped, edited, and queued
- Ensure all assets are labeled correctly and stored in the right place
- Double-check for consistency so no mismatched offers or visuals go live

Requirements (Must-Have):

- Strong attention to detail and organization (no sloppy work, no duplicates)
- Skilled in ad scraping and keyword-based searches across platforms
- Basic video editing skills (cuts, overlays, removing elements, captions)
- Data entry discipline (clean tracking and labeling of ads)

Nice to Have:

- Experience with Meta/TikTok ad ecosystems
- Familiarity with Kalodata or other ad spy tools
- Understanding of what makes an ad compliant and effective

Schedule & Growth:

- Part-time to start; must respond quickly to scraping/editing requests
- Potential to grow into a full-time role with bonuses if you deliver consistently
