Compensation: Base salary of $6.00 per hour plus discretionary performance bonuses based on firm and personal performance measures. Advancement opportunities with increased salary and responsibilities become available to top performers after 12 months.

Employment Description: Eadie Law Nursing Home Injury Lawyers, a law firm dedicated to protecting the rights of nursing home injury victims, is seeking an experienced Receptionist / Legal Support Specialist to join our team. This is a fully remote position and requires prior legal office experience. The ideal candidate is professional, highly organized, great communicator, and skilled at supporting attorneys, paralegals, and intake staff in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Receptionist Duties
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling calls, voicemails, and emails with professionalism and compassion.
Schedule and confirm appointments for attorneys and staff.
Assist with scheduling potential new clients and coordinating with intake.
Ensure a positive client experience by providing responsive and attentive communication.

Legal Assistant Duties
Manage attorney calendars, case-related deadlines, and digital filing systems.
Draft, edit, and review correspondence, pleadings, and other legal documents.
Organize case files and assist attorneys/paralegals with document preparation.
Handle confidential information with discretion.

Sales Assistant / Client Engagement Support
Assist the Client Engagement Manager with intake of new clients.
Support follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and engagement tasks for potential clients.
Track and maintain client engagement activities to ensure smooth onboarding.
Provide administrative support for business development and client communications.

Qualifications
2+ years of prior legal experience required (personal injury or nursing home litigation experience preferred).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities remotely.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace (GSuite).
Familiarity with legal practice management software (Actionstep experience a plus).
Tech-savvy with reliable internet access and ability to work independently.
