Customer Service Agent (Full-time)
We are a fast-growing e-commerce company in the tech sector, run by a small and ambitious team. Our products are scaling quickly, and we’re now looking for our very first Customer Service Agent to join us for the long term.
This is not just a support role — we’re looking for someone who can grow with us. Over time, we see this position developing into a lead role, where you’ll help build and manage a small team.
What you’ll do
• Be the first point of contact for customers via
• Help customers with setup questions, troubleshooting, and order-related issues
• Provide clear, friendly, and professional communication at all times
• Take ownership: work independently, solve problems, and escalate when needed
• Share insights with the team to improve our processes and customer experience

What we’re looking for
• Someone who enjoys helping people and solving problems
• Clear and confident communication in English (other languages are a plus)
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Experience in customer service, e-commerce, or tech is nice to have, but not required
• Most importantly: someone who wants to grow with us and take ownership
