What You’ll Do

Be the first point of contact for clients: phone, chat, text, and forms
Convert leads into booked cleanings and loyal recurring clients
Resolve client issues with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency
Collaborate with cleaners and staff on schedules and adjustments
Maintain accurate notes in our CRM and Notion
Participate in weekly training and performance check-ins

Who We’re Looking For

Strong spoken and written English
Friendly, professional, and emotionally intelligent
Reliable, proactive, and takes ownership of results
Fast learner who thrives in structured systems
Experience with Notion, Google Sheets, or CRMs (GHL is a bonus!)
Able to work 44 hours/week consistently

Sales experience is a plus, but not required
