We are a boutique M&A advisory and brokerage platform specializing in the sale of e-commerce businesses. We work with founders, investors, and buyers across international markets, helping brands successfully exit and connect with qualified acquirers.

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented associate to support our team in managing communications, listings, and CRM processes. This role is critical in ensuring smooth communication with both buyers and sellers, managing listings across platforms, and maintaining accurate records of ongoing opportunities.

What You’ll Do

Take over basic communications with sellers from outreach, following established macros and templates.

Manage and publish listings for e-commerce businesses using the information provided for our platform and partner platforms.

Handle incoming messages from both sellers and buyers in a timely, professional manner.

Track and organize conversations, ensuring consistent and effective follow-ups.

Maintain buyer and seller data in Google Sheets and HubSpot, categorizing and updating records as needed.

What We’re Looking For

Prior experience in investment banking, private equity, business brokerage, or similar professional environments.

Strong understanding of e-commerce businesses (Shopify, Amazon FBA, DTC preferred).

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and follow-up skills, especially in written English (all interactions will be via email/messages, no client calls required).

Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot.

Proficiency in Google Sheets for categorizing and inputting data.

Requirements

Professional written and spoken English (fluent).

Proven ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously.

Highly reliable, responsive, and able to work independently.
