I am hiring a full-time software-focused assistant who can handle data analysis, research, and structured reporting. This is a long-term role with budget already set aside — I’m only looking for serious applicants who can commit fully.

Responsibilities
• Data & Analysis
• Collect, process, and crunch numbers across different projects.
• Build and maintain structured reports in spreadsheets, Coda, or Airtable.
• Analyse performance metrics and highlight key trends.
• Research
• Conduct in-depth research into specified topics.
• Present findings clearly with data-backed insights.
• Suggest improvements and spot opportunities from the data.
• Software & Tools
• Use Coda, Airtable, spreadsheets, and similar tools for organising and analysing data.
• Be adaptable and quick to learn new software when needed.
• Communication
• Must be reachable during minimal UK crossover hours.
• Available on ---------- for regular check-ins (voice and video).

Requirements
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort with numbers.
• Proven ability to research and present findings clearly.
• Skilled with Coda, Airtable, spreadsheets, or similar data tools.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and consistent.
• Bonus: background in data analysis, software systems, or technical admin support.
