JOB OVERVIEW

We operate two growing businesses in Florida: one in irrigation & outdoor lighting, and another in terrazzo & concrete construction. We are looking for a driven, self-managed Sales & Business Development Coordinator to help us build stronger pipelines, expand outreach, and generate new business opportunities.
This is not a passive support role. We want someone who is hungry, resourceful, and proactive — someone who thrives on finding opportunities, implementing systems, and ensuring our salespeople have what they need to close deals.

What You’ll Do
Lead Generation & Database Creation
• Independently research and build contact lists of architects, designers, HOAs, landscapers, and builders.
• Verify and update accurate contact information.
• Maintain and share the database through a CRM platform.
CRM Setup & Management
• Implement a CRM that supports both businesses (separate accounts) and integrates with QuickBooks Online.
• Train sales staff and ensure consistent usage.
• Generate reports on lead status, open quotes, and pipeline health.
Bidding Platforms & Project Research
• Create accounts and monitor government and construction bidding platforms.
• Identify relevant projects, gather bid information, and flag opportunities for the team.
• Provide weekly updates on upcoming bids.
Marketing & Outreach Campaigns
• Develop and execute targeted outreach (email campaigns, LinkedIn, digital marketing).
• Track campaign performance and report results.
• Assist in creating case studies, presentations, and sales materials.
Sales Team Coordination
• Act as the daily point of accountability for our irrigation sales rep and concrete estimator.
• Ensure follow-ups on quotes, proposals, and leads are completed.
• Keep the pipeline moving by tracking progress and providing feedback.

What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years’ experience in sales development, business development, or construction-related marketing.
• Hands-on experience with CRM setup and management (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, or similar).
• Ability to build leads from scratch — not just manage existing lists.
• Familiarity with construction bidding/government procurement processes.
• Excellent English communication (written & spoken).
• Highly organized, self-managed, and results-driven.
• Bonus: background in construction or service trades.

Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred, but not required.
• Proven results and experience matter more than formal education.

Compensation
• Base pay: fixed monthly or bi-weekly salary (commensurate with experience).
• Commission: 2–3% on sales directly influenced (commission paid once the project is fully paid).
• Hybrid structure provides stability plus incentive for results.

Success in This Role Looks Like
• CRM fully implemented for both businesses, integrated with QuickBooks.
• A database of 500+ verified contacts built and maintained.
• At least 3–5 new qualified opportunities identified weekly.
• Consistent monitoring of bidding platforms and monthly pipeline of new projects.
• Marketing campaigns that generate measurable inquiries each quarter.
• Sales team consistently following up and tracking deals under your guidance.

Why Join Us?
• Work directly with the business owner but manage your work with high independence.
• Be a key driver of growth across two established, expanding companies.
• Build systems and pipelines that create long-term success.
• Earn both stable pay and performance-based rewards.

To Apply:
Send your resume and a short video (2–3 minutes) explaining your experience with CRM, sales outreach, and lead generation — and why this role excites you.
