Product Sourcing, Research and Data Entry (Alibaba, 1688, Global Sources)

Product Research from Chinese wholesale website 1688, alibaba and Japanese website.
Target Market: Korean online e-commerce store.
Location: Work-from-home
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8hours (with 1-hour lunch break) — PH Time
Start Date: As soon as possible

Monthly Salary:
• $400 USD (Year 1, based on qualifications)

Job Responsibilities
1. Product Research and Data Entry: Research the products to be sold and organize the relevant data in Excel.
2. Product Image Download and Editing: Insert product images into the designated template and perform simple image modifications.
3. Communicate with Chinese suppliers for selected products (experience with 1688 preferred)
4. Manage packaging customization, labeling, and logo placement with suppliers
5. Follow up on production and delivery schedules, maintaining clear records
6. Support additional assistant-level tasks related to cross-border e-commerce operations

Qualifications
• Familiarity with the tools like Canva, Excel (Spread sheet), AI tools and translator
• English proficiency: CEFR B2 or above
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of responsibility
• Capable of handling numeric and logistical data accurately
• experience:
o 1688 and Alibaba supplier communication and purchasing
o Packaging customization or supply chain coordination
o Image editing, photo retouching, or basic video content production
