Position Overview
The Amazon Specialist is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of Amazon Seller Central account operations. This role ensures product listings are competitive, advertising campaigns are effective, inventory is managed efficiently, and customer satisfaction is maintained. The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing Amazon accounts to drive sales growth and improve overall marketplace performance.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management – Manage daily operations of Amazon Seller Central accounts while ensuring compliance with Amazon’s policies and guidelines.
Product Optimization – Optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords) to improve search visibility, traffic, and conversion rates.
Advertising Management – Plan, create, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns, monitor key metrics (ACOS, CTR, conversions), and analyze competitor activity.
Inventory Oversight – Monitor and maintain stock levels, coordinate fulfillment processes, and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
Data Analysis – Evaluate sales performance, market trends, and reports to identify opportunities for growth and strategic adjustments.
Customer Service – Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and manage feedback/reviews to maintain positive brand reputation.
Strategic Development – Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, enhance brand presence, and improve customer satisfaction on Amazon.
Qualifications
2–4 years of proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
Strong knowledge of Amazon marketplace dynamics, tools, and policies.
Proficient in listing optimization, SEO, and PPC campaign management.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create actionable strategies.
Strong problem-solving abilities for issues related to listings, orders, or fulfillment.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Up-to-date knowledge of Amazon trends, updates, and competitor strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred (not required).
