Graphic Designer/Assistant for Social Media Ads

Kriptomat is seeking a Banner Ad Specialist to create high-volume, conversion-focused banner designs for our Facebook/Meta campaigns and social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design multiple variations of static banner ads optimized for conversions (customers, registrations)
- Produce banners in all required formats: feed ads, stories, carousels, collection ads
- Deliver 10-20+ banner variations per campaign for rapid testing

Mandatory Requirements:
- Proven e-commerce banner portfolio - Applications without banner samples will NOT be reviewed
- Demonstrable experience creating banners that drive conversions and sales
- Portfolio showing high-volume banner production (multiple variations of same concept)
- Understanding of what makes banners convert (urgency, clear CTAs, visual hierarchy)
- Experience with performance marketing creative

No banner portfolio = No review. Please only apply if you have extensive banner ad experience.
