Inside Sales Agent (ISA) / Lead Conversion Specialist – Role Description

Dear Potential New Tea ---------- mber - PLEASE read all of this post. My wife and I are interested in hiring someone we can trust with important business responsibilities and grow TOGETHER. As an ISA / Lead Conversion Specialist with The Sabbides Team at eXp Realty, you will play a key role in our business growth. Your main responsibility is to help us connect with prospective buyers and sellers, build relationships, and convert leads into qualified appointments for our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to leads from our database.

Respond quickly to new inbound leads to ensure no opportunities are missed.

Ask qualifying questions to understand each person’s real estate needs and timeline.

Set appointments for our agents with motivated buyers, sellers, or referral partners.

Follow up consistently with prospects who are not yet ready to buy or sell, keeping them nurtured until they are.

Update our CRM (lead management system) with notes, follow-up tasks, and accurate contact information.

Maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful tone with every interaction.

Skills & Qualities We’re Looking For:

Comfortable making phone calls and having conversations with new people.

Good listener and able to build rapport quickly.

Organized and consistent with follow-up.

Tech-friendly (able to work with CRM systems, lead-gen platforms, email, and text platforms).

Positive, self-motivated, and willing to learn.

Success in This Role Means:

You consistently generate qualified buyer and seller appointments for our agents.

Leads feel valued and understood after talking with you.

Our database is kept clean, updated, and active.

You help us grow our business by being the first point of contact for future clients.
