JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support the daily operations of our serviced accommodation business. You will be responsible for handling guest communication, booking management, coordinating with cleaners and maintenance teams, and ensuring a smooth guest experience from check-in to check-out.
This is a remote role that requires excellent communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work independently while keeping a sharp focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Guest Communication & Support
o Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.
o Handle check-in/check-out instructions and troubleshooting.
o Provide excellent virtual customer service, resolving issues quickly and professionally.
• Booking Management
o Manage calendars across multiple booking platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO).
o Monitor booking inquiries and reservations to avoid double bookings.
o Adjust pricing or availability as instructed.
• Operations Coordination
o Schedule and coordinate cleaning and maintenance between guest stays.
o Liaise with cleaners and property managers for smooth turnovers.
o Perform remote inspections (via photos/videos sent by on-site staff) and ensure property standards are met.
• Administrative Tasks
o Maintain property information documents (e.g., house manuals, guest FAQs).
o Record expenses, income, and assist with basic bookkeeping.
o Create performance and occupancy reports weekly/monthly.
• Marketing & Listings
o Update and optimize listings for higher visibility and conversion.
o Assist with social media management and guest review follow-ups (if needed).

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role (preferably in property management or hospitality).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with property booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.)
• Tech-savvy – able to use tools like Google Workspace, Trello, Slack, or similar.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup.
• Availability during key guest communication hours (including some evenings/weekends, if required).
