We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Trial Booking Executive remotely from the Philippines. This role focuses on managing leads through our GoHighLevel CRM system, scheduling trial sessions for prospective parents, and ensuring smooth communication between the sales and trial teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update the GoHighLevel CRM with accuracy, ensuring all leads are tracked and categorised according to the sales pipeline.
Contact prospective parents/customers via phone,
Handle inbound enquiries and follow up promptly to maximise conversions.
Coordinate with instructors and operations teams to confirm trial bookings and attendance.
Provide parents with clear instructions, reminders, and follow-ups before and after trial sessions.
Monitor no-shows and re-engage prospects effectively.
Generate weekly reports on trial bookings, lead status, and conversion performance.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Experience working with GoHighLevel CRM systems.
Customer service or telesales background preferred.
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
A proactive, persuasive, and results-driven attitude.
Performance Indicators:
Trial booking rate from new leads.
Attendance rate of booked trials.
Conversion rate from trial to enrollment.
You’ll proudly take ownership of the trial bookings, get lots done, and pursue growth and learning every single day. You’ll be expected to make decisions and own the results of those decisions.
You’ll be based remotely so you can work from your home but you’ll need a strong and stable internet connection and be able to make phone calls in a quiet environment.
The position is part-time (15 hours per week), but you can choose your own hours for greater flexibility (we understand there’s a large time difference). However, you will need to be ‘online’ and available at mutually convenient times.
