Job Responsibilities:
* Communication skills: Able to clearly convey design intentions and coordinate with upstream and downstream teams to drive project implementation.
* Stress tolerance: Adapt to fast-paced iterative development and pursue excellence in delivery quality.
* Aesthetic sensitivity: Continuously stay up to date with global game art trends (e.g., AAA game material rendering, Korean-style 3D rendering).
1. Responsible for concept design of game characters/environments, video game interface design, UI visual plan output, and establishing visual style guides.
2. Participate in motion prototype design for core gameplay modules to ensure consistency between artistic expression and interaction logic.
3. Lead the standardization of the art production pipeline and optimize team collaboration processes.
Job Requirements:
1. Work Experience:
* More than 3 years of experience in game art design, with at least 1–2 completed and released projects in the portfolio;
* Experience working on projects in game companies, familiar with industrial production workflows and team collaboration models;
2. Drawing Skills:
* Solid hand-drawing skills, able to independently create concept art for characters/environments, UI icons, and interface elements;
* Proficient in mainstream drawing software such as Photoshop and SAI, with the ability to design in stylized (anime/Western/low-poly) or realistic styles;
* Strong grasp of color matching, perspective structure, and dynamic [removed]portfolio must include line art and colored works);
3. Professional Skills:
* Motion UI design: Familiar with UI animation implementation logic in Unity/Unreal Engine, and able to collaborate with programmers to optimize output;
* Multi-style adaptability: Able to quickly switch design languages based on project needs (e.g., from sci-fi to traditional Chinese style);
* Forward-thinking with technology: Understanding of the use of AI-assisted design tools (e.g., MidJourney, Stable Diffusion) in the concept design stage.
