Senior SEO Growth Manager

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior SEO Growth Manager.

You will be responsible for leading SEO strategies that drive organic visibility, traffic, and measurable business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing and optimizing SEO strategies for multiple clients simultaneously.
Conducting in-depth keyword research and intent analysis.
Developing and executing technical SEO strategies (crawlability, indexing, site structure).
Optimizing on-page SEO (content, metadata, UX signals).
Driving off-page SEO initiatives such as link-building, outreach, and digital PR.
Running SEO audits and delivering actionable recommendations.
Analyzing performance data, preparing reports, and optimizing for results.
Collaborating with developers, designers, content creators, and marketing teams to align SEO with business goals.
Staying ahead of algorithm updates and industry trends.


Qualifications

Proven experience in SEO audits, keyword research, and optimization.
Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page SEO, and off-page SEO strategies.
Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner, Screaming Frog, SurferSEO, Clearscope, Looker Studio.
Skilled in analytics & reporting using GA4, Google Search Console, and Excel/Google Sheets.
Experience with site performance optimization tools like GTMetrix, DeepCrawl, and Sitebulb.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
Excellent communication skills to work cross-functionally with dev, design, and content teams.
Experience in a fast-paced environment is essential, with agency background considered a plus.
