YouTube Thumbnail Designer

We are looking for a consistent, long-term thumbnail designer who will conduct topic research and make YouTube thumbnails.

We run multiple faceless YouTube channels that need consistent thumbnails. This role is less about making "cool/pretty" designs and more about the psychology behind making people click on our videos.

This is a long-term position requiring about 20-30 hours per week (Flexible hours), and making 40-100 thumbnails a week using AI tools and Canva to speed up the process. The job pays $2 per hour with a pay increase based on performance.

Responsibilities

1. Research: You must regularly conduct research on YouTube topics to come up with titles and thumbnails.
2. Thumbnail Design: Make thumbnails using images from the web, AI image tools, and Canva, focusing on layout and composition. We are NOT just looking for pretty images.
3. Titles: Come up with compelling titles based on your research and our guidelines.

Requirements:

1. Experience driving views to YouTube videos with your thumbnail designs.
2. Understand what makes people click on a video.
3. Familiarity with tools like Canva and prompting AI image generators.
Complete a test task.

Pay:

1. $2 USD per hour
2. Paid on the 1st and 15th of every month
3. Must have a Payoneer
4. 20 hours a week, but Flexible hours (Work on your own time)
