Cover Art Designer – Visuals for Videos & Photos

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re searching for a talented Cover Art Designer to create eye-catching and professional cover images for our videos and photo content. Your designs will help attract viewers, increase engagement, and build a cohesive brand identity across all platforms.

You’ll work closely with our creative team, using attached example videos and photos as mandatory test materials, to deliver stunning visual assets that stand out.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Design custom cover art for video thumbnails, social media posts, and photo galleries

Adapt styles based on the attached examples to maintain brand consistency

Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align on visual messaging

Optimize designs for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

Deliver files in required formats and sizes, meeting deadlines reliably

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:

Proven experience designing cover art, thumbnails, or social media visuals

Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools

A keen eye for color, typography, and layout that drives clicks and engagement

Ability to take creative briefs and turn them into polished, on-brand designs

Responsive and communicative, able to iterate quickly based on feedback

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE:

Project-based pay per cover art design, with rates negotiable based on complexity

Potential for ongoing work and retainer agreements with consistent performance
