Virtual Assistant – Marketing & Customer Engagement (Furniture Sales)

Furniture Zone Plus is a growing furniture store located in Irving, TX. We help customers furnish their homes with flexible financing options—starting at just $49 down, no credit needed. We’re looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with marketing and graphic design experience to help us increase sales, build customer relationships, and manage our online presence.
Responsibilities:
• Create and post professional, eye-catching listings for our furniture on Facebook Marketplace and other platforms.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, engage in friendly communication, and build trust.
• Direct customers to our online financing application and assist them with the process.
• Coordinate customer appointments for in-store visits or deliveries.
• Design simple, engaging graphics or ads to promote products, promotions, and store events.
• Provide daily/weekly updates on leads, sales, and marketing performance.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or sales support.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook Marketplace and social media platforms.
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-service oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in retail, furniture, or e-commerce.
• Knowledge of online financing platforms.
• Spanish/English bilingual (a plus).
Work Hours:
• Part-time (20–30 hrs/week) to start, with potential to grow.
• Flexible schedule, but must be available during store business hours for customer communication.
Compensation:
• Hourly rate or monthly contract (DOE).
• Performance-based bonuses for successful sales conversions.
