To support our rapid growth, we’re seeking a detail-oriented Product & Vendor Coordinator to source and manage suppliers, ensure quality control, coordinate custom/private labeling, and guarantee speedy shipping for bulk orders.

WHAT WE NEED:

We want a hands-on Product & Vendor Coordinator who can:

Vendor Sourcing & Communication: Identify and engage with reputable manufacturers and suppliers that meet our standards for quality, customization, and fast shipping to Canada. You will negotiate MOQs, pricing, and shipping timelines to ensure efficient bulk order fulfillment.

Vendor Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison for supplier communications, managing all aspects of order placement, product customization, quality assurance, and logistics coordination.

Fast Shipping & Logistics Management: Manage and expedite shipment timelines, track deliveries, and promptly resolve any customs or freight issues to ensure on-time product arrival.

Quality Assurance: Inspect product samples and final shipments to ensure Fog Shower Peel meets our strict anti-fog product standards. Address any quality issues promptly with vendors.

Custom & Private Labeling: Oversee all stages of custom labeling and packaging, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery.

Product Customization Requests: Collaborate closely with manufacturers to request unique formulations, packaging designs, and labeling details that differentiate Fog Shower Peel in the market.

Documentation & Records: Maintain detailed records of vendor communications, orders, quality inspections, labeling specs, and shipping details.
