Senior CPA And Financial Manager

This is a senior manager level role- not for experience limited to AP, AR, bookkeeping, or bank reconciliations. We already have a team for the mid level tasks.

We are a growing real estate investment firm focused on multifamily acquisitions and management. We need a professional CPA to oversee our current accounting team, to field questions and book the complicated journal entries.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze rent rolls, T12s, operating statements, GPR.

CPA-Level Accounting & Advisory:

Ensure compliance with U.S. accounting and tax standards (GAAP).

Review and oversee financial reporting at a strategic level (Balance Sheet, P&L).

Create journal entries for complex transactions like Acquisitions and refinances.

Qualifications:

CPA license or similar needed.

Understanding of capital structures, debt financing, and real estate accounting.

Excellent English communication skills (oral and written).

Familiarity with AppFolio real estate accounting system a major plus
