BIM MODELER

Responsibilities:

Translate 2D electrical plans into accurate 3D BIM models using Revit, adhering to project standards and specifications.

Prepare shop drawings and coordinated layouts derived from the BIM model for field installation.

Perform clash detection using Navisworks and coordinate with other trades to resolve conflicts.

Update and maintain models to reflect design revisions, RFIs, and coordination feedback.

Develop as-built models based on field markups and final construction conditions.

Generate model exports, clash reports, and coordination files for meetings, submittals, and project documentation.

Adapt to additional modeling requirements, including other building trades as projects evolve
