Data Entry - VA - for (BPO) Broker Price Opinion - (Full-Time, Long-Term)

Hello, my name is Rich, I’m a licensed Real Estate Broker based in New York. Must be experienced in BPO/Property Analysis Valuations. I am looking for a full-time, long-term Real Estate Virtual Assistant from the Philippines who is experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented. While this role starts with repetitive data entry, there is room to grow into a Real Estate VA role handling more advanced tasks as you learn my business.

This role is primarily focused on data entry and property research, including:
- Pulling comparables (for BPO, ARV, CMA, and property analysis)
-MLS support (must know or be willing to learn)
-Organizing spreadsheets and updating records
-Managing repetitive data entry tasks with accuracy
-CRM updates and task tracking

Requirements:
-Experience with real estate data entry, comps, BPOs, or property analysis is a big plus
-Independently research and organize property data (MLS, tax records, market data, property history)
-Reliable internet connection, with a backup connection (pocket Wi-Fi, prepaid hotspot, etc.)
-Must use a VPN when required to access U.S.-only platforms
-Familiarity with the MLS (or willingness to be trained)
-Comfortable learning new systems, websites, and tools
-Detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to long-term work
-Strong written and verbal English communication skills
-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
-Must be able to pass a background check
-Recommendations/references from past employers

Compensation:
-Starting rate: $400 depending on experience
