JOB OVERVIEW

Turn prioritized homeowner lists into qualified conversations and booked appointments for our acquisitions team. You’ll run disciplined call blocks, follow scripts, and keep perfect notes so closers can do what they do best.

Company: Volunteer Home Buyers (owned by Ty Garrett, founder/CEO of REI Sift & DataFlik)

Tools: Smrtphone (Single Line Dialer), ReadyMode (power dial), REI Sift (CRM), Smarter Contact (as applicable), Google Calendar

What you’ll do:

Call targeted homeowner lists (Predictive AI, Stacked Niche, courthouse/FTM where lawful) with respectful, compliant scripts.


Qualify interest & motivation; capture condition, timeline, price anchors; set appointments or hand off to Lead Manager.


Log every attempt, outcome, and note in REI Sift with correct tags/stages; attach recordings.


Follow Not Interested & Rehash and Deep Prospecting cadences for soft-no/non-response.


Hit daily dial/talk-time targets and maintain clean dispositions.


Protect brand reputation and seller experience; adhere to TCPA/DNC and local rules.


Share list/script feedback to improve contact and set rates.


Coordinate with Lead Manager to reduce no-shows (reminders, confirmations, clear next steps).


What success looks like (first 90 days):

Reliable production: consistent dial blocks completed; clean notes and dispositions.


Appointment flow: steady stream of qualified, show-ready appointments for closers.





Feedback loop: weekly insights on lists, objections, and talk-track improvements.

What you’ll bring:

1–3+ years in outbound calling/SDR/BDR (REI acquisitions a plus).


Clear, professional U.S.-facing English; confident objection handling.


Comfortable with power dialers and high-volume quotas.


Organized, coachable, metrics-driven; compliance-first mindset.

Compensation & logistics:

Employment: Full-time, Remote


Pay: $800 USD/month


Schedule: U.S. business hours (10am–7pm CT/ET), with 1–2 evenings/week as needed


Equipment: Reliable computer, quality headset, quiet space, ?100 Mbps internet
