Graphic Designer VA – Baby Apparel, Mugs, Tumblers & Ornaments

We’re looking for a full-time Graphic Designer Virtual Assistant to join our growing e-commerce team. We run several successful Etsy stores in the U.S. that sell custom baby apparel, mugs, tumblers, and Christmas ornaments. Our designs are fun, modern, cute, and family-friendly. This is a long-term remote position with consistent design work, weekly team communication, and room to grow. We will provide training, branding guides, templates, and inspiration boards to help you succeed.

Your main responsibility will be creating high-quality PNG designs for products like baby onesies, toddler shirts, mugs, tumblers, and holiday ornaments. You must be comfortable working with Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator and have a strong eye for layout, color, and fonts. All files must follow our naming and delivery format.

We are looking for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, reliable, and responsive. You’ll be expected to join weekly check-ins, follow clear instructions, and be open to feedback or revisions. You should also be trend-aware and comfortable using Pinterest or Etsy as inspiration (we’ll help train you on this too).

This is a paid, full-time role with the following monthly rate tiers: $400–500/month for entry-level designers

Please note: from October to December, we do not allow time off. We will create custom orders from Mondays to Saturdays. This is our busiest season of the year. You must be available daily for design work and be able to meet fast turnaround deadlines. Overtime may be required during peak periods — and we will pay for any overtime hours.

We welcome designers who use AI tools such as Midjourney, Firefly, or Canva AI — as long as you clearly disclose your AI use in your work. We value transparency and originality. Misrepresenting AI-generated content as fully original will lead to disqualification.

If you’re shortlisted, we may ask you to complete a 1–2 design trial task.
