Overview
I am looking to hire a full-time Virtual Assistant for a long-term role. This is not a short gig or side hustle — I’ve set aside budget for this position, and I want someone committed to growing with me. You’ll handle a mix of admin, football content, TikTok edits, and Amazon FBA tasks.

Responsibilities

Admin & Organisation

Accurate and consistent data entry.

Manage information in Coda, Airtable, or spreadsheets.

Football Content

Stay up to date with Premier League matches and news.

Write engaging hot takes about current team stories.

Provide weekly top 3 players per position.

Predict end-of-season best players by position.

Content Creation

Edit TikTok videos and short-form content.

Repurpose football updates, insights, or admin tasks into engaging clips.

E-Commerce

Support with Amazon FBA tasks (listing, product research, basic management).

Communication

Reachable on ---------- during minimal UK crossover hours.

Comfortable with voice and video communication (occasional video updates required).

Not shy about being on camera if needed.

Requirements

Must actively follow and watch Premier League football.

Strong writing ability for football summaries.

Skilled in TikTok/short-form video editing.

Some experience with Amazon FBA (bonus if you’ve run or helped manage a store).

Detail-oriented, reliable, and consistent.

Compensation

Full-time role — not to be combined with other positions.

Competitive base pay.
