Marketing Virtual Assistant – Sydney Start-Up

Sydney-based start-up looking for a proactive Marketing Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a marketing background who has a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to keep projects on track.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage calendars, schedules, and deadlines
• Coordinate with tea ---------- mbers to ensure tasks are delivered on time
• Quality check marketing projects to ensure brand colours, themes, and messaging are consistent
• Review briefs and follow up with tea ---------- mbers to confirm accurate execution
• Support project management and assist with day-to-day priorities
• Provide input on creative direction with a strong sense of branding and detail
About You:
• Background in marketing, branding, campaigns, or social media
• Highly organised with excellent time management skills
• Strong attention to detail with a passion for quality control
• Confident communicator who can manage people and processes
• Flexible, adaptable, and thrives in a start-up environment
• Familiarity with Canva and similar design tools is a bonus
