About the Role
We’re on the lookout for an Offshore Equipment Coordinator – Special Projects to support the rollout of strategic initiatives across Mad Mex restaurants.

Reporting to the Head of Design & Construction, you will play a critical role in procurement, scheduling, and delivery of essential equipment for our special projects. From coordinating suppliers to ensuring smooth installation, you’ll keep projects moving forward on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate scheduling, delivery, and installation of equipment across multiple restaurant projects
- Source and procure key equipment items in line with project budgets and timelines
- Liaise with suppliers, trade partners, and internal stakeholders to confirm logistics and specifications
- Act as the central contact for equipment-related updates and reports
- Maintain accurate documentation of procurement status and delivery schedules
- Ensure all equipment meets brand, safety, and compliance standards

What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year experience in Project Coordination in multi-site retail or QSR organisations in an end-to-end capacity.
- Understanding of the Building Code of Australia and Australian Standards for Food & Access is highly desirable.
- Experience using Smartsheet is highly desirable.
