Client Success Manager - AI Automation Platform

We're seeking a customer success professional to ensure our AI automation clients achieve maximum results and maintain long-term partnerships with our company.

What You'll Do:
- Onboard new clients using our step-by-step process and checklists
- Monitor client Instagram automation systems and send weekly performance reports
- Handle all client support requests within 24 hours via email and chat
- Conduct monthly retention calls to ensure client satisfaction
- Identify upselling opportunities to higher service tiers
- Coordinate with our technical team for any system setup needs
- Maintain client database and satisfaction metrics

- Available for client calls during US business hours

Success Metrics:
- Maintain 95%+ client retention rate
- Resolve support tickets within 4 hours average
- Achieve 80%+ client satisfaction scores
- Generate 20% upsell rate on existing clients monthly

WAGE/SALARY PER MONTH:
- $500/month + retention bonuses (up to $900/month for top performance)

DESIRED NO. OF HOURS PER WEEK:
