JOB OVERVIEW

Description:
We are looking for a reliable, experienced customer support VA to join our team. You will handle customer tickets through Zendesk for our Shopify-based supplement stores. The role requires speed, consistency, and independent problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

Reply to 40–50 tickets per hour using provided macros and flows

Manage subscriptions (pause, cancel, edit) in Seal Subscriptions

Track orders using Shopify + 17Track

Handle refund/cancellation flows according to policy

Escalate legal threats, unusual cases, or chargebacks following SOP

Keep tickets tidy and solved daily

Requirements:

Proven experience with Zendesk and Shopify (must)

Fast and accurate typing, strong written English

Ability to follow detailed macros while also thinking independently

Reliable internet and availability during US business hours

Must be comfortable handling 70–100 tickets per day minimum

Schedule & Pay:

7 hours per week (1 hour per day) trial to start

$5/hour ($35 per week) with opportunity to grow if consistent

Long-term position after successful trial
