JOB OVERVIEW

We’re Sheldon and Jessica, co-founders of Studio Sesca, a creative strategy studio built by two visual communication designers who are working in branding and marketing. We know design inside out, but we also know we don’t have the time to execute everything ourselves. That’s where you come in.

We’re looking for a highly skilled graphic designer to collaborate with us on our growing digital product suite. This isn’t about churning out templates, we want someone with a strong portfolio who understands how to bring strategy and creativity together on the page.

Our design style leans feminine, modern, highly aesthetic, and clear. Think clean layouts, beautiful typography, and a refined eye for detail. We want a designer who has real experience with publications, booklets, or multi-page resources, and who knows how to translate information into engaging, visually strategic layouts. Your role will be to help us bring our ideas for eBooks, workbooks, planners, and guides to life in a way that feels both functional and beautiful.

This is not an entry-level or admin role, we’re designers ourselves, so we’re looking for someone who can match our level of expertise, offer a critical eye, and navigate the best ways to format and structure pages based on the content.

What you’ll be working on:
- Designing digital resources (brand strategy books, campaign planners, toolkits, guided PDFs, workbooks).
- Building assets in Adobe InDesign and creating editable Canva versions for end-users.
- Producing polished PDF reference copies for print and inspiration.
- Designing supporting assets like planners, worksheets, and templates that link to tutorial videos.
- (Optional) Editing short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, tutorials) for our products.

Skills & Requirements (Essential):
- Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign and Canva.
- Strong editorial and layout design skills — publications, booklets, or multi-page documents.
- A keen eye for visual communication: typography, hierarchy, grids, and clean, engaging layouts.
- Excellent communication in English (written and verbal).

Nice to Have:
- Experience designing digital products (ebooks, planners, toolkits, guides).
- Background in branding, marketing, or visual communication.
- Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
- After Effects or motion graphics.
- A personal creative practice (artist, designer, maker) — we love working with other creatives.

Hours & Contract:
- Part-time: 2 days/week (~16 hours).
- 3-month contract, with potential to extend long-term.
- Flexible hours, but must be able to collaborate with our team during Australian business hours for check-ins.

Salary Range:
- PHP 28,000 – 32,000/month (part-time) depending on experience and skill level.
- Equivalent in AUD: $760 – $870/month.

We’re looking for someone who shares our love of design, has the portfolio to back it up, and is excited to bring strategy and beauty together in digital products. If you’re the kind of designer who obsesses over how information sits on a page and how a workbook feels to use, we’d love to hear from you.
